Barbara Kiao  of SIMHA presented a “Set Boundaries to Boost Your Self-Esteem and Self-Worth” workshop on October 29th. This was a highly interactive half-day workshop that presented on the following topics:

The importance of setting boundaries
The consequences of not setting boundaries

Discover what is really behind your people-pleasing habits
Tools to set boundaries
Practice the tools in real time

It was a full house and participants were receptive and enjoyed the sharing and learning, here’s what some of them had to say after the workshop:
