If you feel stuck and have a part that wants to change, I welcome you. With our collaboration, I am confident that we can find pathways to a better life. You bring in your issues, your strengths (yes, you have lots of them!), and willingness to take some risks, and I will offer guidance and support. Inducted into the The International Honor Society in Psychology in college, I completed my master degree at Columbia University. I have been awarded several scholarships and fellowships for my clinical work and research. After obtaining my independent license, I have been supervising other clinicians. Throughout my trainings and work, I have accumulated over 5000 clinical hours working with individuals, couples and families. I am trained in various evidence-based practices, such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, Ackerman Relational Approach for family, EFT, IFS, and somatic approaches. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I have extensive experience working with this population and their families. Committed to providing the best quality of care, I continue to identify my areas of growth and take trainings accordingly. My therapy approach is relational, holistic, and supportively confrontational.
