On October 23 Dr. Steve Xu, Dr. Nate Balfanz & Zack Beck Goss of SIMHA attended the Shanghai Counselors Network conference hosted by Concordia International School. The purpose of this conference is to bring together local educators, mental health care professionals and counselors to review and develop strategies to assist youth. Dr. Xu spoke on Psychotropic Drugs for Children and Adolescents and Dr. Balfanz & Mr. Goss on Children Protection and Crisis Prevention. Both presentations were well received by the attendees helping to educate and inform about important matters affecting youth living and studying in Shanghai.
