Izabela Misiuk

I specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for Couples and have advanced postgraduate training (Extership and Core Skills) in this approach. My work with individuals goes beyond EFT, integrating Somatic Psychology, Polyvagal Theory, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). This holistic approach allows me to address the mind-body connection and work with the deeper, often unconscious, layers of experience that influence our thoughts and behaviors.

Relational work has always been my passion, and I currently focus primarily on couples. The evidence-based approach of attachment-informed therapies has been a major influence on my training and my work. I understand the challenges of emotional triggers in relationships, and I bring this experiential insight to my practice, offering empathy and understanding to those I work with.

My integrative approach is centered on helping couples heal from past wounds and unresolved issues, empowering them to grow both individually and together. I believe in the potential for transformation in relationships and am committed to supporting my clients in building deeper connection.
