Lisa (Ye) Chen

Lisa Chen is a mental health counselor in Raffles Hospital Shanghai. She obtained her master degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Palo Alto University (U.S.), the post-baccalaureate in Counseling and Psychology from University of California Berkeley Extension, and bachelor degree in business administration from Shanghai International Studies University.  She is a Canadian Certified Counselor in the Canadian Counseling and Psychotherapy Association.

Before being a counselor, she has over 10 years business management experience in multinational companies and several years stay-at-home mom experience. Her life transition from business to home, and then to postgraduate education and career in mental health field helps her to better understand the life struggles and transitions we all face. She believes in empowering clients to find their own voice and set their own course based on their identified goals; using strengths that already exist.
