Transactional Analysis Workshop
SIMHA members gathered at Jiahui Clinic on October 20th for a presentation on Transactional Analysis led by Ron Ching. Ron is a therapist visiting China from Hawaii and he shared with participants some important elements of TA as well as how it can be used in therapy and trainings.
He spoke about helping our clients to identify their ego states: parent, adult and child, and about becoming more aware of our own ego states, with the goal of being free to choose our response in a given situation.
